You need to read up on the Wankel. It's got no heads to port. To port the motor you need to completely dissasemble it, meaning it usually only gets done when a rebuild is needed.
500hp is a lot for a 13B and you'll have to do lots of supporting mods and get a good tune, or it will promptly blow up.
Search the forum, there's lots of good infor out there. Forum member LUPE has 603whp, maybe look up some of his threads.

If your running 16-20psi on the stock turbo....
The stock turbo is out of it's efficienacy range around 13psi.
15+psi is asking to destroy the turbo as well because it's not made for that range.
Then there's the question of fuel management for that given psi.
There is no head on a turbo to port.
There is very short exhaust manifold but is fine for stock turbo. Porting it won't do you any good. See above psi range reasons.
As for hitting 500hp.
A T70 will get you there but I highly doubt you have the knowledge to keep an Rx7 like that running for more than a month if you ever even finish building it.

The only cam on my 7 holds up my hood. BTW welcome to the forum. Rotary enginesl are a strange yet neat little motor. Treat one right, and it's faster than a raped ape.
