ported tb,intake man.,and dynamic chambers?

ported tb,intake man.,and dynamic chambers?
I ported all of the above, and I just want to know if there is anything I can buy at a parts store to like polish it a lil bit, like a liquid / wax type of thing?

any help or suggestions are nice, thanksoh, and what size fuel injectors are cheap and will work good with all this ported?
