getting ideas how much for a s4 na engine? and what the difference is between them.

Forget about Full/Half Bridge. you don't even know what they are, and 99% of the people don't need it.
Street port, usually just enlarge the existing port at a "reasonable" amount. it's trying to improve the engine's VE to improve performance.
cost? if you have to ask, you can't afford it
