poly subframe bushings... ??

whats the deal with polyurethane bushings? i have so many clunks/rattles/creeks/etc in the rear of my car that i dont know even where to begin troubleshooting them... so i figured i'd just get a set of the poly bushings and replace all of them one weekend.

where can i get them? has this install helped peoples creeking/squeaking rear problem?

i just want my car to have a "tighter" feel because the body has 175k miles on it and i'm sure just about every subframe and suspension bushings needs replaced... why not do the poly bushings.. anyone?

I got my full Energy Suspension kit from www.suspension.com. I haven't installed it yet, but I got a ride in my buddies S5 that had them installed and it felt great!
