Exclamation Plz Help w/ Mystery Hoses

I have no idea what to do with these hoses. Should i Block them off or what? the one in pic #2 right above the TID sucks massive amounts of air and is pretty loud. It looks like its where the old smog pump used to be. the split air pipe pic#3 under my car next to the down pipe just hangs there open as well. and the one behind my blowoff value in pic #1 just baffles me, no clue to what it does. please help guys.

All of what you listed should be connected to your ACV. Remove and and block off the ACV. It is attached your lower intake manifold. Do a search for "ACV and block off". You should find more than you care to know about it.
