plz help car dies after change
Help! Well to begin with the car already has bad idle... but never died on me… then I changed the spark wires.. spark plugs… oil… transmission oil…rear diff oil... then I changed a vac line that was cracked… and the o2 sensor… all that yesterday.. and now the car idles even worse.. and to top it off.. it died on me while on the way to work… 2 times… usually it never dies but idle bad… if anyone knows what I could do to please let me know… I would have to do it tonight.. because its my daily driver car… I don’t have any other car so I need this done tonight.. " could it be the bac valve?" and could i use a carb choke cleaner to clean that?
i will also be gettin my brake pads today.. hawk hps.. so i'll be installing those also.. since my pads are getting really thin...
and also .. the car is an 88 TII it has 77K miles on it.. original... no rebuild or anything... no mods besides an hks intake filter, hks turbo timer... after market radio and some ifinity kappas.. besides that everything is basically stock

a search for idle problems will turn up countless causes the most common being:
TPS {bad or out of adjustment}
Vac leaks
Dirty/bad BAC
Sticky throttle body/cable
There's only so many systems that control the idle. Changing your differential fluid/engine oil/transmission oil should NOT disrupt them.
