what is this plug for? the wires was cut. this is to the right of the gauge cluster if you are sitting on driver side.

also do this plug have something to plug in it? i know some things under the dash dont have anything to plug into them but i dunt remember if this is one of them.

is that to the heatercontroller in the dash. if u pull ur heater out u have 2 plugs that connects to it and then u have 1 that goes into the dash. the 1 behind the dash compartment does have a connector that plugs into it its the same color as the 1 thats not connected to anything. pull on all of the wires, and reach back into all of thoes and pull u should find it. it sounds like someone has pulled the dash out. thats cool i pulled mine out b4 too. good luck let me know what happens.

 

yea i pulled it out to throw away that ugly burgundy dash to put in a black one. and all them wires and plug got my alil copnfused cuz i took 2day to do it and over the night i kinda forgot how many plugs i pulled out.

 

do u have that haynes rx7 book. if so , there's a diagram that shows how its set up. its not that clear but its useable. so were the wires that were cut go to the heater, kinda looks like it. if ur stering wheel isnt on i would pullthe dash back from the window not all the way off and it might b eiser to find the ac plug, and that heaterplug. later.
