Plug wires - How Often?

I was just curious as to see how many miles you should go before changing plug wires... and spark plugs for the matter

I've got nearly 20,000 on my plugs, and closer to 45,000 miles on my plug wires

I am getting plugs today (and i'll start changing every 10K)
But do i need wires??? thanks guys..

P.S. What type of wires to do you recommend? nothing expensive please. i'm kinda broke. seeing i have to change my oil/plugs/wires today..lol

thanks again

Plugs 10k miles if you are stock and wires about 30k I think that is what the manual says.

If you have any performance mods those intervals should be altered(shortened) since there is now more stress on them and they will wear out faster.

EDIT: NGK is the option for you if you don't want to spend a lot of cash. Later on you should get something like 8 or 10 MM wires from magncore.

Well you can't really mod an N/a that much more from what you or I have have done to our cars. Just stay on top of these things and she will be good for a long time to come.

Happy to help,

Santiago
