Plug wires crossed. WTF
My car runs bad so i looked in the engine and saw that my new magnacore race wires were crossed. Only on my leading. T1 was on T2 and vise versa. Whats the efect of this. I changed it to normal and car still ran like crap. I later found out that it was my S-AFC. I disconected it and car started running better. Sputtering when cold problem solved. I dont know what was wrong with the afc but it seems as the crossed wires didnt do anything

How does the car run when you do cross them? I don't think mine are crossed but could someone just explain. When I look at the connectors I kind of need to know how they go I.E right trailing connector to right trailing spark plug? I changed my plugs yesterday and I might have got them messed up. Oh, yea all you people with N/a's out there just remember you can beat just about any common car without some dumb turbo or supercharger. Well I do it with my street port . Just remember if you go with Turbos go with some nice stage 3 ball bearings ones

When I bought my car one of the rotors had the leading and trailing wires switched. After i corrected it the car Idled much faster and I had to reajust the Idle. That was 40,000 miles ago so I guess no damage was done.
P.S. The Haynes repair manual says which plug is leading and which is trailing in 2 different spots and the contradict each other. I think there is a mark on the engine and the coils are marked.

hey
IM almost positive that the first rotor is number one. The one closest to u when u pop ur hood. Now the top plug is trailing and bottom is leading.
