Please someone HELP!!!!

Ok, I have an 87 tII. All was fine until the other night, I was driving up the highway at about 60, in fifth gear, gave it some gas to pass a guy and it just didnt feel right like it lost some power. then i stop at the red light, take off and at about 36 to 3700 rpm it acts like it loses fuel and gets it back and then it goes away again. It spits and sputters and nose dives and runs like **** at anything above 3700. Now that day I had just put in new plugs(NGK's) and ran some new ground wires from intake man. to firewall, neg. batt. term. to eng. block, and trans. to chassis. It ran fine before i did that and all day after, even got rid of the hesitation. Now I got the car off of some stupid redneck that actually cut off the o2 sensor thinking it would give it more power, I fixed that, and a bunch of vac. line he had riped off. He said the kid he got it from had removed all the emissions, so all that is gone, except the egr valve, its still intact and still has vac. line on it. The car has 3 in wide open exhaust up to the factory y pipe, stock mufflers, and stock intake. It also has an autometer boost gauge that says it runs 9 psi under full load, and even when the car is cuttin in and out like it is i can still hear the turbo spoolin strongly and the psi is still the same as it was before it started doing this. I really need help, so if anyone has any info its greatly appreciated.
Also the car did have the 3800 rpm stutter, but now its like it just wont work past it, please someone help, I really like my fc, alot better than my supra and want it fixed

check and make sure spark plug wires are on the right plugs. You should also find aaroncake's writeup on grounding, it may change your mind about running extra grounds. I am not sure about the egr, but if emissions are removed but its still hooked up w/ vac line that doesn't make any sense to me. How did you fix the o2 sensor? i would suggest scanning the ecu for codes, make sure everything is getting/givin the proper signal.
To me, it sounds like your secondary injectors are malfunctioning. (i don't believe that there is an error code for this however)

The faq page and archives are full of common problems/fixes such as this one you are experiencing. also check the fc3spro web page, it is very useful. good luck

Ya the extra grounds may kinda sorta help a little most of the time. Or, aaroncake.net has a guide to properly fix the grounds.

The secondary injectors kick in at 3800rpm btw. The hesitation comes if there's lag before they kick in, from a poor ECU signal due to poor ECU grounds, for example.
