it seems like its been doing it when its cold. (coopwhoop) can i just take the line off the top of the fuel filter and turn the ignition on to see if it is pumping?

the only time it will take any throttle is when it is cold. and when its hot it wont take any throttle. it makes alot of popping sounds in the exhaust. ive got good fuel pressure and throttle sensor.
