Please Help! Coolant Problem

PLEASE GIVE ME ANY HELP I AM IN BIG TROUBLE. I HAVE BEEN GETTING A COOLANT BUZZER AND I READ ALOT OF THREADS SAYING TO BURP IT SO I BURPED IT AND THE BUZZER STOPPED BUZZING. SO I TOOK IT FOR A RIDE ON THE NIGHT AND THE BUZZER STARTED AGAIN I GOT HOME AND I OPENED THE HOOD MY OVERFILL WAS SPEWING OUT AND I HEARD A DRAINING NOISE AND THE COOLANT WAS ON THE FLOOR, QUICK QUESTION I JUST PUT A NEW WATER PUMP ON PRIOR AND WHEN I WENT TO CHECK THE NUTS ON THE PUMP RIGHT AFTER THE COLANT LOSS AND THE BOLTS ARE LOOSE I MUST NOT HAVE TORQUED THEM ENOUGH FEARING BREAKING THE GASKET, I KNOW I SHOULD TIGHTEN THE NUTS BUT I HAVE TO KNOW WHERE TO START AGAIN. WOULD THE BOLTS BEING LOOSE CAUSE THE OVERFLOW OR THE OVERFLOW CAUSE THE BOLTS TO COME LOOSE AND ARE THEY ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE NAPA WATER PUMP YOU DON'T HAVE TO REPLACE IT WITH AN OEM ONE PLEASE HELP THANK YOU GUYS.

I think if it was the loose bolts causing the problem the leak would be at the water pump seal or pump housing seal.

Check to make sure the you have the correct cap in the correct place. There should be a pressure relief cap where the overflow hose connects (either on top of rad or at filler neck). If there is another fill cap it should just be the plain flat cap type. Also check to make sure the pressure cap is in good shape, If the bottom seal is bad, replace it. You can get a replacement from any auto parts store, just make sure it's the correct pressure rating.
