Please Help

I was wondering what are the fuses that are suppose to be "there" in the MAIN Fuse Box, under the hood.

Is there suppose to be one missing?

Because I have an electrical problem, and the electrical guy put I fuse in were Iswear there wasn't one before. He told me that if I left it in, it would drain the battery, so every time I wanted my lights to work I had to put that in ?Now that makes no sense to me, because
1) That's just stupid
2) I don't remember there being a fuse there....IS there suppose to be one????

The story is I hit a deer, but he only smashed the drivers side headlight and it was stuck up. One day later, battery dies. I take it to electical shop where that (above) is what I was told. He also said the light mechanism was trying to go up, that is why the battery dies, he unplugged the relay. But then lights didn't work At ALL. So he did that fues thing...
I did that for couple days....car batttery while driving does not hold charge! WHAT IS WRONG!! PLEASE HELP

Also, boosting it, the battery dies minutes later....

Is it bad, or a simple short circuit? I don't want it too be too expensive....

the headlight motor is trying to close the headlight. You need to unplug the connector going to the motor or pull the retractor fuse.

you need to replace the battery. Lead acid batteries dont like being completely discharged.

there is supposed to be one missing but it will be labeled with a like x or a line across the spot. the one spot that is missing will be shown on the top of the cap. should be a box with a line over it or something.

i had that problem. it thought the lights werent closing. so when i shut off the car it kept on making a noise it was trying to shut and it was already closed or some crap.

i forgot how i did it but it will come back to me.
