places to get body kits

im lookin for something clean lookin, maybe a widebody, but would like some websites that have a large selection of FC kits. im VERY partial to the corksport Type II kit, but cant afford that one atm.

Be careful buying knockoff body stuff. it isn't nearly as high of quality as our stuff is. Lemme know when you want a Type II kit, I'll have one with your name on it

the gp sports knock off goes for 550 shipped on ebay. I know someone who ordered it, it came in less than one week and is really thick. It looks like good stuff.

Thats the route i plan to go.

If you have concerns about ebay or what ever then go to www.raceonusa.com they have lots of kits too.

thick doesn't necessairily mean better....

the best kits I've installed at the body shop were some wings west stuff on the 03' model civic......GREAT fitment, almost OEM quality (almost hehe)

for our cars the authentic Bomex kit has a very good fitment...a little tweaking for a PERFECT fit, but thats always the case. And the bomex stuff isn't hugely thick, in fact its thinner than most - but the problem with the thick kits is in order to adjust fitment....major modification is necessary to undo the rigidity in the kit.........and in my experience a thick kit will bust JUST as easily as a thin one and cost just as much to repair....

I have no personal experience with the corksport stuff but I've heard good things.

and as far as finding a website with a HUGE selection of FC kits...I don't believe there is one - we are fairly limited to our selection for these cars....

for wide body get GP Sports or Version Select, as for body kits you can get RE Amemiya, Bomex, R Magic, Knightsports, Panspeed, corkspork, and more, but it a depends what you like but just stay away from knock off stuff like evil eagle said, because of quality and also fitment issue.

We don't usually, but you never know. Hit me up when you're ready and I'll see if I'm feeling generous

So i guess they fixed the problem with the pretty big gap where the bumper meets the hood?

That is what I'm reffering too. I know most body kits are 100% bolt on. I won't bother installing one unless its entirely molded in.

But the Bomex kit does have a big *** gap for S4's that require extra modifications.

I always saw that but it makes me wonder... what was wrong with their retarded car they fit that body kit on?

S4 and S5 fenders and interchangeable.... as are hoods... as are bumpers...

So what could make one fit the car differently?

but where the bumper bolts line up with the fender holes is where they are a lil off i have a gap with my s5 bumper on my s4 and my fenders are straight as can be . you have to dremal out the fender holes a lil bit . course thats why i'm going back to s4 moldings now they look better in my eyes now .
