The buy/sell section on this forum. Ebay. Local junk yards. If you can't find what you're looking for you could put up an ad in the buy/sell section eg. "WTB: FC n/a tranny near St. Louis".

If you do it online, please do some research on the seller!
On here, do a search for the seller's nick in the Good Guy / Bad Guy section.
If nothing turns up, I'd do a search on posts throughout the entire forum.
You can get a better idea on who you are dealing with.

This is still not a guarantee you'd get screwed.
It's always better to deal with this kinda stuff in person.
Hopefully you'll find someone local to you who can help you out.
