Pinched fuel line???

Well i may have found my problem with the under throttle leaning out condition...would a pinched fuel return line cause the car to run lean under throttle??

that doesn't make sense. how would a constriction on the line result in more fuel being delivered?

less fuel being returned means more in the rails I think.....
