PILLAR + gauge pod holder

Are the front PILLARs trims between 86/87---89/91 different??..Im just wondering because im about to purchase my EGT and BOOST gauge and need to know this ASAP. Thanx!

the 89-91 have the automatic seatbelts that come down on the pillar, thus making the trim pieces diffrent from the 86-88 from 89-91.

OK so we now know that seatbelt rail is one difference. What about if i install a gauge pod will a pod off a 91 fit in my 87TII pillar??..PLS help soon

im assuming its a single guage pod but the diffrence is the 89-91 cant fit the dual cause of the seatbelt that comes down but that pod will fit your car.
