Picture Request: Gas Door Latch
Well, the previous owner of the car decided to pry the gas door open with a screwdriver ultimately breaking off the latch. I can't picture, in my mind, what I'm missing to make the door latch again.
Could someone take a picture of the gas door latch mechanism so I know what I am looking for. No FC's handy to take a look at here. Thanks.

thats not the original mazda cap is it. Mines look so plane and wore out lol

The original is in good condition, and sitting on top of a gas pump in Alexandria, VA. At least, that's where I left it six or seven years ago.
