The Cause of Death
Here's how I fixed it.
Loosen the bolts leading from the cat-back to the pre-silencer, or whatever you have instead. Have a buddy hold up the left muffler till they're both even, then tighten those bolts. Worked for me, hopefully it'll work for you.
Enjoy the RB tone! It is lovely. New donuts should also help.

Even with new doughnuts and bushings you will have the RB Exhaust hang as low as It does. It's just the way It was designed. I do remember though a member using smaller diameter generic doughnuts to have the tips sit alot higher than yours (and others). It looked really good this way.
I will try to find that thread and maybe you can PM him for exact Info to the doughnuts.

yeah i tried a smaller donut and it just stretches it out the same. i might try to find some lock wire to get it to stay. i dont know if im the only one to do this but i guess some of the tape adhesive was still on the piping and after about 20 mins of drving i smelled it burning hahaha. though i broke something.

Make sure not to have it to HIGH...especially when you blow flames. I'm starting to notice some black spots !

^Listen to him. That's what we did. Also, I bought the whole $100.00 donut replacement.
