pics of racing seats in FC's?

yo, i just bought a nice interior out of my buddy's s5 TII, black carpet (front and rear) black leather door panels, etc. and i was thinking about buying some cheap (or maybe not too cheap) racing seats to compliment my nice new interior. also i'm not sure about which color seats to get cause i like the look of red, but i'm thinking maybe its too flashy, but maybe black is too subtle... and yellow and blue are ricey so i wanna see some black and red seats..

does anyone have any pics of aftermarket seats in their FC's?

Those are the two pics I have that kinda show the seats in my FC. They're not great, I dunno why the guy got grey APC's for a blue interior, but they came with the car, so I won't complain ^^".

If you have a grey interior I think that this seat would look great. It's the one I've decided on.

You might want to rethink how/where those shoulder belts are attached. When I see that I think spinal compression. If you don't know what I'm talking about you need to do some research the proper way to mount them. This is for you and your passengers safety in the event of an accident.

Looks like a celica to me.

Is anyone out there ...um... "wider" than normal?

I'm 6'1", 250, and most of these seats don't exactly fit me well. If there are any other "bigger" guys like me out there, what seats do you use, and are they comfortable?

Here are a couple shots I have...not the best, but you'll get the idea. One from the hatch, the other a general exterior shot. You can see how the seats/harnesses look against the entire car. Please excuse my FILTHY carpets - I still haven't had a day to clean the inside extensively...just a vacuum every now and again.

Realistically speaking, racing seats cannot have a collapsable backrest. Just Everything else are just sport seats really.
Here is the set of sport seats I ordered back in April from Corksport...still waiting for them.
I'm getting the two of black seats.

That second pic is from an Acura RSX Type-S. The seats are Recaro style. More than likely you can find those real easy on E-bay.

I'm 6'2", 220lbs. I've sat in my friends Bride seats. WAY too small. You have to lift your nuts and place them in your lap in order to sit in them. Recaros are good and comfortable. So are Sparco seats.

LOL! I had a ride in my Buddy's Caterham 7 - didn't do the nut lift .... It was a painful first few miles...

I tried a couple Sparcos, one was good, but the other was too small. Of course the comfortable one was the most expensive. As it stands, I can't justify shelling out Recaro-style cash, but if I can find a comfortable model, finding a knock-off shouldn't be too hard.
