What kind of mods did/do you have? What happened to it? Oh I think you told me before that the gears were in the car when you got it but do you have any idea where to get them?

nah, this was my first RX, it had stock gearing in it.

it had

Custom Intake with 8" Fram cone
Alum pipe in place of stock intake tube
Modded TB
Working 6 port system
Pace setter header with a 2.5" single exhaust, no mufflers no silencers
Stripped interior, engine weight removed
Removed a/c, p/s, bacv
NGK 9's
New fuel injection system, injectors/fuel pump

thats all i can think of right now, ill let you know if i think of anything else i did to it

the one i have now with the 5.12 gears is gonna get a black paint job soon, and a street ported engine

Damn, that car has more fender gap than my car had. I had to get coilovers to fix that. Once you start doing weight reduction, the car just lifts itself.

BTW, nice

That smokin fast for an n/a to hit low 14's. Now about that exhaust, all you have behind the header is just a straight 2.5 exhaust, not even a RB or Bonez presilencer? Whatz that sound like, deep or weed wracker?
And how did you launch the car, and your shift points, tire size?

no pre silencers, no nothin, 2.5" pipe the sound below 3k was a very deep almost v8ish sounding tone, but with a more of a harley touch to it, and above 3k rpm, watch out, here comes weed whacker boy on steroids but it sounded good even though it was high pitched after 3k, i launched the car at 2800rpm, shifting at the rev limiter @ 7600rpm, tires were 205/50/15 rear and 195/50/15 on the front.
