I like that back panel, but the dash looks too cluttered and speakers w/o covers scare me (I've killed my share of cheap ones in the past).

BTW, you can get that marine vinyl that matches the sotck grey carpet at JoAnn Fabrics for ~$11/yd. It's good stuff.

On my GXL, I just cut a chunk of door out, cut the hole in the panel and reinsforced it. Nothing rubs, and it sounds pretty good where they're at. After my sub is completly installed, I might pull the second tweeter off the component assembly and mount it in the b-pillar behind the seats.

Then there's my car-puter setup, which was tucked in the bins, but I have to pull it out and build an enclosure to make room for rear seats (for the future brats).
