Looks like a good deal. 30K on new engine, new HKS exhaust.
Interior looks good, but the seats may need re-stiching if their cloth.
Upside - It's cheap and may be pretty reliable with low engine miles. No catalytic converter, so no worrying about it being clogged
Crappy OEM radio already removed.
Downside - need to invest a little bit more to possibly fix an "intake leak". That probably means you might need to replace a warped intake manifold. A good tuneup and fuel injector cleaning wouldn't hurt either.

Just wanted to mention it's not my favorite color scheme as well but the interior does look to be in good shape. If it passes a compression test and you cleaned the interior up a bit - might be a good deal.
