Pic and info request.. S4 T2 parts

The previous owner of mt '88 Turbo2 removed most of the emissions equipment, and now I am left to try and piece it back together. If you are looking at the LIM from the passenger side, there were blockoff plates there. I assume that the bigger one is where the ACV goes, but the smaller plate, I have no clue what is supposed to be there. Also, on the back of the TB there seem to be 2 connections for throttle cables. The upper-most one is the main throttle cable from the accelerator, but the other one is just cut. On my N/A, this goes to some sort of vacuum diafragm in the corner of the engine bay by the charcoal canister (cruise control I believe?). The T2 has nothing there.. If someone could post a closeup pic of the engine bay, especially the LIM from the side, and whatever is supposed to be attached to that other cable on the TB, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks....

From 12 o'clock - clockwise BAC Valve - ACV Valve - Coolant Feed for the Turbo and at 9 o'clock being for the Split Air Pipe. Looks simular to the Coolant Turbo Feed line.

The wire beside the Throttle Cable(Inner most slot on the bracket) Is for the Cruise Control.

Doesn't the electronic Cruise Control tuck up In that corner?

My references are from my s5 TII (J-Spec).
