Photo of S5 TPS Harness Please

I have done so much messing around with re-wiring the TPS harness (actually the whole harness) that now I am questioning the sequence of the wires on my TPS plug (Harness side not engine) Sometimes I look at the wiring diagram and can't decide which side of the plug you are looking at. IN the wiring diagram for an S5 Turbo TPS, the pictures shows the EM side. Are they looking at the front or the back of the plug?

The images in the FSM are always looking at the front of the plug (into the pins).

Page Z-5 says the connectors are shown from the wire side. That's in the wiring diagram book. The FSM shows the TPS connector from the pin side in the section that shows how to ohm one of those things out.

Page Z-5 of the wiring diagrams book.
