Dude if that "thing" was real the car would have 33" tall tires, minimum. Just look at approximately where on the side of the car the center of the wheels are and look how far down the stretch goes - it's impossible.

Yeah, that was done, rather poorly, with the smudge tool. Notice that the hood seam on the drivers side is clear, but on the passenger and front are blurry. If it was just bad resolution they would all be blurry.
