I'm looking into swapping out my stock turbo for a T04S or E and was wondering what all is needed to do this swap the right way? I have stock intercooler, fuel system, ignition system, rebuilt motor has about 10k on it, RP in Garland did the rebuild but it's stock as far as I know.

I'm going to need a front mount intrecooler I know. ave price with piping?

Ignition? Price

Computer - Haltek? Price?

Fuel system - Pump, injectors? Price?

Turbo itself? Price?

Need a diff intake? price?

Need porting? price?

I no not what i'm getting into with this and just wanted some input as to what all is involved with parts and cost from people who have done this.

Any recommendations for a shop in my area that know what they are doing and are reasonable on charges, particularly if we can do a package deal of some sort? Dallas, Houston, Oklahoma, New Mexico ? All are dooable.

you'd probably be looking at $10-15k for a shop to do it, maybe 5-10k if you did it. you'd have around 400-450hp
