i have a 87 TII with the S5 front bumper. It'll fit fine without any mods. The only thing you'll have to do is remove your brake ducts after you remove your stock S4 front bumper. The brake ducts tend to get in the way of the S5 front bumper and would be best if you plan to put stock fog lights with your S5 bumper.

The only problem will be the side mouldings. If you look, the mouldings of the S5 and S4 are completely different. You'll have to buy S5 mouldings to match. Or you can do like me and sand them down. the sanded all the side mouldings around the whole car.

Hey, I just painted my car today!! An s4 with s5 front bumper and moldings all painted. The moldings don't macth, but from a distance its hard to tell. I kept the brake ducts...just trimmed them a bit so the front would fit. Paint it yourself and you'll get all that much more fullfillment out of the job knowing that you did it all yourself. Peace!
