Paint the side mouldings/tail lights or no?

while it does look good painted, I am a traditionalist. I would leave them black. question is, do you want to look unique, or do you want it to look like it did originally (only new).

IMHO, the lighter colored cars look much better with body matched trim. Darker colored cars look better with black trim.
For tail lights, I thought the S4 tails looked like econobox lights, and they didn't belong on a sports car. That is, until I saw a set on a darker grey car. (1st gen color, it was called "Tornado Silver" I don't know what color it's called on FCs. The tail borders were painted body color and the lenses were blacked out with VHT night shades so that they looked black. Looked like pure sex. I forget who's car it was.
