First, I know that this panel has been out of production for over ten years, so I'm not asking where I can find genuine replacement parts.

On a whim, I came across a glass sunroof panel for sale on eBay for song and snapped it up. It arrived yesterday and it's in pretty fair shape, and a steal for what I paid. It arrived in one piece, in its original box, dirty, the outer surface scratched but looks good, and the interior surface looks perfect. The seal and the hardware are included, but the seal was attached with weatherstrip adhesive which needs to come off.

Anyway, the seal is intact except for a tear in one corner (which I can repair), and I have three out of four of the mounting screws, studs and collar (the fourth one is incorrect, uncapped, and the screw is too long). Sealing is accomplished at each screw with an o-ring (which can be easily replaced).

The question is for those that have these panels: does anyone know of any hardware that'll replace the missing screw, stud and collar? If I have to replace the seal, does anyone know of a suitable replacement or have any advice on where to find material to make one?
