P/S Bracket Spacers?

I am disassembling the engine and removed the P/S bracket. When I pulled it off i heard things drop behind the bracket and noted some spacers (I think 3). I'm not sure where they go? I tried several combinations and it just didn't fit right. There are both nuts and bolts used to attach the bracket. Two attached pictures are w/bracket installed and after removal. Anyone know where the spacers go?

I'm not sure what you're talking about
I've had those brackets on and off a bazillion times and never seen spacers.... The bracket sits up against where the studs are coming out of the block.

As long as those studs are unless your motor was pointing with the studs almost directly towards the ground those spacers would have stayed on the studs, likely issue was those washers fell behind the bracket and wedge there when the motor was in the car an when you pulled the bracket off they fell loose.
