p bearing, pbearing seal question

I wanted to know which one goes first. And I have the pilot bearing puller, should I use that to reinsert it into the shaft? I read over my haynes manual a few times and I still am not sure about it.

Also the lug studs for my wheels need to be replaced. I was wondering if I could just pop the caliper and strut off and just put the lug nuts on the ends and use a sledge hammer and pound them out. And just use a airtool to insert the new ones?

When I replaced my wheel studs I just used a medium sized ball peen hammer to force them out. Then to put them back in I inserted then by hand partially, put several washers on them and then just threaded an old lug nut on until it fully seated the studs.

I haven't replaced my pilot bearing yet, that comes a bit later this week but I suspect the seal would go on last.

I'll update again after I get my finished.
