overheating badly

Have just installed a t76 and bigger intercoolers and now i am overheating.Thinking about buying Fluidyne or should I get a radiator shop to make me a 4 core,which is the better way out.

You may want to check the fan clutch. They wear out very slowly and the heat will sneak up on you. Your mods may be exposing the wear sooner.

I should ask what series (year) is your RX? The series IV fan clutch bites up to about 3500, then it maintains that speed as the engine revs higher. The bimetal raises the fan speed slip point with increased heat. You can increase the slip point by bending out the bimetal. The series V acts similar, but it hardly bites at all until the bimetal heats up.

bimetal

What do you mean by bending the bimetal,I have a series 5 but the clutch fan is plastic.
