Exclamation Overheating

Hey i have a quick question, has someone ever overheated and the steam, water, antifreeze, come from the driver side of the motor by the firewall. I dont think that i cracked my block cause there was no oil just water and antifreeze. And can i run just straight antifreeze in my car. Or do i have to mix. let me know. ASAP.
Thanks.

The "block" wouldn't crack..... the housings would warp, and possibly create a gap between housing and iron? But, if that were possible you would definitely be leaking oil as well...... So my guess is you blew the coolant line to the rear iron. Overheating in these cars is BAD BAD BAD!!!! The rotor housings are aluminum, a very soft metal which warps easily with heat. The trichoidal combustion chamber is a very precise shape, and minor fluctuations caused by warping result in severe damage to the engine components, just making rebuilding more expensive. I'm rebuilding now because of it. And no, don't run all anti-freeze, you need a 50 / 50 mix.

driverside near firewall i believe there will be a hose for your heater under the oil pressure sensor.it will go from there up and into you firewall. that may just be loose.

Look closer see if you can find where the leak is coming from. If you can get a pressure tester for your coolant system even better. Pump it up to 10-15psi and see where the coolant squirts out
Just pray you blew a hose down where you heater core lines come out through the firewall, they're right down there. Did you actually see the engine temp gague go through the roof of just the steam etc?
