overheating?

ok, on the stock heat gauge, on an s4 turboii, what would be considered the maximum safe sustained temperature and the maximum safe intermittent temperature

answer me in terms of where the needle would be on the gauge (1/2, 2/3, 1/4, et cetera)

About 1/4 way up on the stock gague is normal for an S4. Start to get worried if it goes any past halfway.

) it finds its way up to 1/3, is that ok?

I wouldn't be worried much at 1/3. You can add an aftermarket temp gague just for some more peace of mind about your temps.
