overheat problems

so after 2 years of owning my TII this is the first problem i have had, recently i mounted and e-fan, the e-fan is make from spal usa and it sends 3000 cfm. when i drive my car with the a/c on it runs ok( i haven't run a long trip so i still don't know if it will overheat till the point i have to turn the key off) but when i turn the key off, the radiator starts sounding like he is evaporating the water and it gets pretty hot, i don;t know why because i have another auxiliary 8'' e-fan on the front for when i used the a/c. but when i run the car with the a/c off theres no problem the car runs great and went it stops it doesn't make any souns and the radiator don't start doing strange sounds and taking the water out of it. my thoughts is that the front e-fan( i mean the one that is not the spal) is crap and it doesn't help that much when the a/c is on. any help will be apreciate it. ive been one week in this problem and i don't like it.

thanks
