Other electrical problem

Ok..

Car is S4 TII..

Problem is when I put battery on and put key to ON, wipers work even there are off.. key to start a engine and starter cliks , I check a starter and it is good, its spins..

When is key ON I jumper a clutch switch and engine spins and in same time starter cliks.. When I put wire in postive battery post to a black/green wire, engine spins..
I jumper a black/green to black/white engine spins.. Key is still ON..

I have 12v on black/white wire, 0v on black/green wire..

And i have 12v on alternator plug, on both wire..

WIPERS................Wipers only work IF the blue/red or the blue/white wire have a ground put on them by the switch. Pull the plug off the wiper motor and depin the blue/red wire in the plug. Then reconnect the plug to the motor and see if the wipers still insist on working even when the switch is OFF.

The problem is PROBABLY related to one of the wiper relays inside the wiper switch. IF depinning the blue/red does not stop wiper motion, then try depinning the blue/white and reinstalling the blue/red. As to which wiper relay is causing the problem....that depends on which wire being depinned stops wiper action.

I'm not understanding the starter problem.

When I try to start a car , starter clicks..

I put key to ON ( lights show up on dash ) and I jumper a clutch switch, a engine start to turn ( spin ) and in same time starter clicks..

Second try.. I put wire from battery to a black/green wire and engine spins.. Key is still ON..

Then I jumper a black/green to black/white wires engine spins.. Key is still ON..

On a USA car the interlock switch on the clutch pedal has two wires. One black/green and the other black/red.

The black/red is HOT if the key is put to START. If the clutch pedal is pushed in with key to Start, then the circuit is completed to the starter solenoid and the starter/engine spins over.

IF the starter only CLICKS and the engine does not turn over when you do the above, then the problem most likely lies in the lack of current thru the ignition switch to the starter solenoid.'

Proof of this is that when you put a DIFFERENT source of power to the black/green clutch interlock switch plug, the starter tuns the engine over. At least that is what I interpert your remarks to mean in the posts above.

Other ways to prove the lack of current to the starter solenoid is the CLICKING problem (solenoid clicks but starter does not turn over), is to get a long screwdriver and bridge the gap b/t the small trigger post on the starter solenoid to the large wire on the starter solenoid. Starter should spin along with the engine doing that. Proving the solenoid is plenty good.

Ways around this is to install a relay in the car. The new relay would have a wire run from the engine bay fuse box to it for power to the starter solenoid. The normal starter wiring after the interlock switch would puill in the coil of the new relay. You'd install a new wire on the negative side of the new relays coil for a gnd for the new relay.

So then when you go to START with the ignition switch, the relay would pull in and feed power from the new wire that you installed on the relay from the engine bay fuse box, to the starter solenoid. The starter will now not only click but will have enough current to actually cause the starter to work/spin the engine.
