Opinions of fuel problems

I was wondering what everyone thinks about my fuel problem. Right now, as it is, my car won't start. WHEN I get enough juice in the battery to get it started, you can hear it rev up to about 1k (2k sometimes) and then just cut off. Before this happened, the car would die randomly and when i press the pedal all the way down while driving, the RPMs wouldn't go any higher until i let go and press it again.

Now, I'm either thinking that maybe the fuel pump doesn't have enough volts to get fuel to the engine or perhaps there is not enough pressure due to leaky injectors.
