One Step forwards, two steps back....Help!

I just finished changing my alternator belt, it was all cracked to ****. I finished, but after I was done, 2 problems showed up :

1. My power steering belt is looser then a 50 year old woman after a DVDA scene, and it's wobbling everywhere. The tensioner by the PS pump is as tight as it can get, but still no dice. Maybe it stretched?

2. COOLANT LEAK!!! My mom noticed it, of all people It's dripping from around the center-back of the engine, maybe a little to the passenger side. Any ideas? I couldn't jack it up to take a closer look (i don't have a jack). Help!

The coolant leak.... Look under the manifold at the manifold pressure line. The line could be cracked or could have popped off. On T2's it the hardest coolant line to get to. I'm not sure about the NA's though.

I'm pretty sure I didn't miss a pulley.... I put it on the smaller of the two pulleys coming off the crank (it wouldn't fit over the PS pulley when it was on the larger one). The only pulleys I see for this belt is the crank pulley, the P/S pulley, and the tensioner pulley...
