Verts and FDs are ugly, IMO. So keep the TII. Or, you could swap the TII drivetrain into the vert, and put the Vertdrivetrain into the TII shell, and sell the now N/A. Just a thought.

Not sure what the weather is like around you. But if I decided to sell my vert; I would deffinitely HATE LIFE every hot, sunny, day of the year. Speed is nice; but damn people, what happened to just good ol fun? I don't even usually need to get on it to bad to keep me happy. The convertible top is like the greatest turbo ever made.
