once again another fc with clutch problem

so i went to go rent a dvd and on my way back, clutch acts up.
this is my 2nd fc that had the same problem. the clutch pedal, at times, does not seem to want to spring back after i press down. this has happened to my previous fc before replacing the clutch. does anyone have/had the same problem? i have to pull the pedal back with my foot but at times i feel the pump engaging by itself and the pedal just automatically goes down.
WHY!!?!!

oh and for some reason, theres some sort of noise coming from the clutch..(factory clutch) first thought it sounded like the altenator going bad, but when engaging the clutch, the sound goes away.

Throw-out bearing for the noise, and as for the clutch check your master/slave cylinder.
