Older HKS BOV : worth it?

Here it is:

eBay stuff, any good?
Anyway, have a full 3" RB exhaust stuff and stock zenki TII engine, need to change the stock BOV or not? I think I must check the boost first (means that I need to buy a gauge...)
Thanks!
