Okay, i'm apparently selling cars for a living now! Here's the first one...
ACTUALLY
The KBB for this car is determined like this (cut and pasted from KBB):
1990 Mazda RX-7 GXL Coupe 2D
Engine: 1.3 Liter Rotary
Trans: 5 Speed Manual
Drive: Rear Wheel Drive
Mileage: 122,220
Equipment :
2+2 Seats
Air Conditioning
Power Steering
Power Windows
Power Door Locks
Tilt Wheel
Cruise Control
AM/FM Stereo
Cassette
Compact Disc
Premium Sound
Sliding Sun Roof
Rear Spoiler
Premium Wheels
Retail Value $5,035
"Suggested retail represents the price a dealership might ask for this make and model vehicle. This represents a fully reconditioned vehicle in excellent condition with a clean title history. This retail price assumes that a dealer has absorbed the cost of making the vehicle ready for sale, reconditioning, advertising" ... " standing behind the vehicle for any mechanical or safety problems."
ALSO
The compression for the car is supposed to be a minimum of 85PSI with 90-91 PSI being normal.
This engine appears to be operating within "new" specs on every test.
And no, I dont think your being a pain...
But pointing out the negatives is not productive to helping me sell this car and make the investment back.
AGAIN, I should stress, the price is correct, but negotiable.

Sorry. I don't think I'm hurting your sales though because on here most people are smart enough to make their own opinions. I'm not even saying that its not worth $5k because it looks damn good to me. Are you seriously in the used cars business now? If so I'm looking for a cheap s13 240sx for my GF. If you come across one let me know.
Say whatever you like...
Your not really hurting anything, but Im not selling "used cars".
IM taking personal project cars that i find, restoring them and selling them.
I have a red 1991 LOADED car coming down the pike next.
