Okay, gotta question here...

I was drivin pretty quick on the highway...180kph, and i smelled GAS!! :O but yeah, whys this? To rich? it was doin just over 6g in 4th

And also, i have a race pipe comin...and i'm wondering how do deal with the air pump? and the piece of metal from the air pump that delivers air to the main car? What to do with that, and what to do with the air pump?

If anyone could shed a little light on this, it would be muchly appreciated

Evan

FOr the gas smell, thats part of owning a rotary :-) Check your PD for leakage though.

FOr the exhaust, take off the airpump, acv, adn split air pipe to the cats, and make a blockoff plate for the avc.

You can try and use this nipple, connect it to the split air pipe, and use the system like stock. I relaly do not know if it will operate themor not. Many people say no, some shops say yes, but I personally do not trust the stock 86-88 6 port operation, stock form or modified, worth a ****. IF you want them to work right, invest $100 or so and make them work electronically. MSD RPM switch, 4000rpm pill, vacuum solenoid, and some line and fittings are all you need.
