Ok you 2nd gen Guru's

Ok guys , I need some serious help here . Im having an electrical problem with my head lights , but I think I have found my problem and I want to check with you guys . I have an 86 coupe with a 89 Turbo II in it . My question a simple . Are the turn signal and head light switches the same for the 86-91 years . I called my local dealer and he stated that they had several different part #'s for the same year . Also looking for the same , is the small 12-18 " wirring harness that connects the switches to the main harness the same for the 86-912 models .

Any help would be a great big help

Thanks in advance

Kenny

The turn signal switches, (which control the high beams) and headlight harnesses are different from 86-88 to the 89-92 versions, but the headlight switch is the same.

Ahhh don't bother.

You should just trade engines with me

I have a spare 86 N/A on the shelf in my garage. (runs like hell!!!)
I would prefer a spare for my 89 TII so i can keep a rotation of engines.

Viola! we both have the correct engine for our car
