OK to pull fuse?

OK to pull fuse?

is it ok to pull the retractor fuse when the battery isnt disconnected? is that fuse just for the headlight up and down? and if i pull it can i set them manuelly and expect them to stay that way?

Yeah go right ahead it will be fine. Thats the way mine is currently set up. Once you pull that underneath the car like right below where the head light is, there is a little rubber bootlike protector. Just pull that off and turn the little ***** to raise or lower to the height you desire. They will stay in that position
