Ok thanks to don7, the starter got a good smashing and the car started up fine.

But now it's running really really rough. I am 98% sure it's the TPS.

I was getting a fluttering CEL and it seemed to be misfiring (guessing by the noise), after a couple of starts, it seemed to run alot better, now with a Solid CEL, that goes away when i press the throttle.

Where would i go about getting a TPS as i know it's a common problem, also is there any fixes to the tps ( i remember hearing something about the sleeve, any directions would help)

Adjust the TPS properly. Procedures have been posted before.

You can test the TPS with any analog ohmmeter. Procedures have been posted.
