Ok got 2 New Headlight Switches and 2 New Harness...but still wtf?

well i got 2 new switches and 2 new harnesses... tested both....

it comes to the conclusion.. that everythign works besides the headlight.... i mean i switch on the headlights... they pop up and all... but no light... if i pull the highbeam lever high beams work fine....

the dash lights and rear tailights work fine as well.....

instrument dimmer works fine as well..

only 2 problems i see fit are the Headlights and the left indicator in the front which is the one right under the headlight....

if i can fix this problem... the problems with my rx7 will be over....

come on someone must have an answer...

thanks guys...

PM and ask him how to fix it. He's the man when it comes to electronics for rx7s

Just a thought: Are you sure the low beams aren't burned out? Either way, good luck

The turn signals are different between series, and have completely different pin layout.

And remember that the Turn signal harness is the headlight harness and there are common controls between them.

So if you use a S5 harness with a S4 turn signal switch there will be problems. Mostly related to the left and right turn signals and high beams.

You need to use the correct light harness for the correct series.

crap.... probably thats the problem.... the head light switch i got off a 88 RX7 and the harness as well.. and my rx7 is a 89....

btw all i need is the headlight switch and harness right?

cause i got the high beam switch as well... so i dont think i need to change that...
