then i saw a blob of oil on hte ground. there's a rupture in hte oil cooler line and i was wondering if there was a temporary remedy to stop the leak until i get a new line? help is appriciated post taste. thanks

 

Buy a brass union from NAPA. You'll need to bring the leaky oil line to them so they can match sizes.
