Oil and fuel in rear rotor

Oil and fuel in rear rotor
Whats the likelyhood of an oil control seal and a side seal causing oil and fuel to get into the combustion area/ face of the rotor. I got my engine out today and took the manifolds off and looking inside the rear rotor had gunked up oil/fuel and coolant it smelled like. Front rotor was dry and clean. So is it even possible for an oil seal to go and have it get past the side seals? Unless one of them is bad or something. Im pretty sure I have bad coolant seals as well.
After thinking, some of the coolant and stuff I saw could have come partialy from the coolant passage into the intake manifold. When I took it off alot of it ran into to intake port. But either way, the rear rotor is the one that has the most buildup and gunk in it.

Carbon buildup. Looks normal to me. ITs also normal to observe a small puddle of oil in the bottom of the chamber after the engine has sat for a few hours. This is bleed off from the OMP and the oil control rings while at rest, and is why rotaries puff smoke when first started each day.
